Curtis came out and replaced my battery in my car right before dark. Unfortunately, because of the car I have it took longer than usual to get the battery out. So, Curtis didn't get finished until after dark. He did a great job and we talked while he worked. He was very professional and kind.
Clifton is great. My appointment was supposed to be for Tuesday, but due to a part not being delivered until a day later...I was sent a text from Clifton letting me know that he would not be able to fix my car on Tuesday. I also got an email about it, but when I went to the website to reschedule, the system wasn't working properly. So I couldn't reschedule, but Wednesday afternoon I got a call from Clifton letting me know that he was available at that time and if I would like for him to come over and fix my car. About 30 mins later, Clifton showed up at my house and fixed my car. He also apologized about having to reschedule and the part not getting there on time. Thank you Clifton for helping me and fixing my car. With definitely be using his service and again and recommending him and this website to my family and friends.
