Richard came by to fix my vehicle earlier today. He was punctual and very polite, pleasant and proffesional. He was very attentive to my concerns and did not give me a sense that he was rushing at all. He took time to explain everything that he was doing which put me at ease and gave me the confidence and trust that he was really fixing my vehicle to a high standard. I am really please that he was my mechanic, I would have no hesitation to book an appointment with him in the future at all. You guys are in good hands! Thank you once again for correcting the horrendous, subpar work that the previous person carried out and thank you for giving me the peace of mind that my vehicle is road safe.
Well he was late for the appointment but he did call to say he was running late. I wasn't able to go to work today. The part obtained was wrong. He had to go to another town to get the right part and call me from there to late me know the issue. Only to return with another wrong part. He was unable to complete the job and stated that I would need to get the part from the dealership and setup another appointment.
