Jeffrey is truly awesome. If you're having service done by him, I can say he will make things right if they weren't done right the first time, but I highly doubt he would do something wrong the first time. Jeffrey has some of the best values I've seen from someone in a long time. Jeffrey would be my personal mechanic all the time if I could choose him!
Wasn't a big fan of the fact that he was smoking at our house, at least without asking. Also, I don't believe the shock absorber replacement job was done correct on the front as it makes horrible noises on the front (did a test drive after he left for about 10-15 miles going from speeds of 25 up to 55 MPH). Right now I'm pretty upset as I don't feel my car is safe to drive and would rather the original worn equipment back on the front. I believe the back is fine, but something was not done on the front as it is making noises that shouldn't be coming from a car...
