Very punctual. Actually got here a bit early which was nice. Didn't take any longer than expected. Friendly and informative.
Edwin did a great job. Edwin was polite and personable. A genuine nice guy. He answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about BMW's and mine in particular. I would definitely call for Edwin in the future.
