Always great service! He worked on my car for several hours and was as cordial and responsive as when he arrived.
Matt is always right on time and works quietly and quickly. He notices everything, and I feel so confident in his assessments and recommendations. I have an old car, so knowing he's taking care of it is such a relief. I'm glad I found him!
I had to reschedule my initial appointment, Matthew was nice and flexible with the reschedule. He was 15 minutes early to the appointment, and fixed the problem quickly, carefully, and with integrity. It turned out the part not working could be easily fixed and he let me know that, instead of charging me for the part and replacing it anyway. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone.
Matthew is smart, knowledgeable and very professional. He also explains everything and works quickly and neatly and thoroughly. I'm so glad to have found him. I've never felt so confident about the condition of my car and knowing that it's in good hands. And it was so convenient! He called ahead and was able to come a little earlier than scheduled if I wanted, and it worked out perfectly. Just a great experience all around. I'm grateful.
