Holy wow! I've worked on my Volvo 240 for twenty years and was stumped by the starter, Sami arrived on time and installed a new starter in an hour.... great job! Works like a charm!
Simons failed to complete a routine service (replace brake pads), leaving the car damaged and inoperable. He claimed a part (brake caliper) that was fully-functional before he touched it was damaged and needed replacing, when in fact he lacked the knowledge and tools to complete the service correctly. The authorized dealer was able to correct Simon's poor work...without replacing the brake caliper.
