Communicated very efficiently. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Was able to diagnose with just hearing what the problem was. Very fast in the fix and very effective with his expert advise.
Robert did an excellent job overall. 1. He seemed professional and straightforward. (I appreciate someone who takes their work seriously) 2. He was on time 3. He performed the job in more than a reasonable amount of time. 4. He made it a point to mention customer satisfaction (This is huge) I will be utilizing his services again.
I am not pleased with the service I experienced. I did not receive a diagnosis of what was wrong with my vehicle and why it wouldn't start. The mechanic began to inspect my vehicle and indicated that the oil needed to be drained due to excess oil being put in there however this was not the cause of why my vehicle would not start. He indicated that he would try to come back later in the afternoon depending on the weather to drain the oil. He specifically stated that he would call or message me and asked me would I be available during the afternoon hours. I actually stayed home for the remainder of the day for the sole purpose of him returning. I sent him two messages through the website however he did not return them. In my opinion, I believe I was slighted. I paid $80 for him to tell me the oil in my car needed to be drained and not an explanation or diagnosis of why my vehicle wouldn't start. He also ignored my follow-up inquires of whether or not he would be returning (the weather remained sunny and clear during the remainder daylight hours). I also don't feel as though he did a thorough job with explaining the next steps as I received numerous quotes and credits on the account with no explanation. Another issue with the website is that I entered a $20 promo code which reduced my total to $60. My credit card was charged $80. I ended up finding a garage with excellent reviews and had the vehicle towed there for an appropriate diagnosis. Again this service was a complete waste of time and money and I will not utilize again.
