This rating is NOT a reflection on Dellano as he did the best he could with the parts he was supplied with. YourMechanic web site is very modern and easy to use but it has serious flaws. It shouldn't be allowed to offer services with a quote and then order the wrong parts (in my case wrong fluid type for transfer case fluid/lubricant change). Also, I don't understand why 8 qts of transmission oil was ordered when only 4 is needed. This puts mechanics on the ground in a very difficult spot having to deal face to face with a very unhappy customer due to these flaws. These mechanics are out there in scorching summer heat and they are supported by flawed back end ordering process and system that is supposed to help the mechanics.
