Derek's a straight-up guy with a realistic way of communicating that made sense to me.
I'm impressed with Jerome's honesty and communicative ability. Another mechanic had told me I needed valve cover gasket replacement to stop an oil leak. Jerome took a look and instantly said I had been misled. He was able to diagnose the trouble and save me a lot of unnecessary charges.
Jerome arrived on time and was, simply put, the man! He fixed my car, obviously but he explained what happened to me, what caused it and was professional, polite and very friendly throughout the entire repair. In the end, he even helped me fish out my washer fluid line, which had broken and helped me fix that. Gotta say, if I even need any type of service for my car again, I will make sure to book Jerome. Thank you, Jerome, you were awesome!
