Very experienced; knows his stuff and knows what he's doing.
Very friendly, on time.. Actually early. Informed me of things that I was misinformed about by other "mechanics". Very knowledgeable. Answered every question and explained things to me so I could understand the "how's and why's. Would definitely recommend.
Extraordinary job done, replaced and fixed belts and since my belts have never been tighter and is now runnin smoothly. A plus also was that Joseph finished the job about 15 minutes under the estimated tI'm my mechanic gave me. Would and will recommend Joseph to people.
I have oil in my driveway from his car to start. He replaced the alternator, but I have wires hanging down from the car . I currently have 3 screws of which were not put in, and one screw I cannot determine where it goes underneath my car. I ask Jerome to tighten my exhaust pipes and he did not . I had to get on the ground and look only to find that they were not touched. It appears the work on the alternator was done ok other than the wiring hanging down and screws either not on tight and or not at all. I will have to contact customer service to have someone else from Your Mechanic to look at his work and to determine where some of the screws are suppose to go. I gave two starts because I believe he may have done the alternator work correctly. He was late as well.
