What a great experience. Jerome talked through each step, informing me of what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He went to work right away. He showed that he had expert knowledge about the problem. Very competent. He was very professional and courteous and it only took 30-40 minutes for the work to be done. You have a very good and valuable employee. Because of his professionalism and knowledge, I have decided to use YourMechanic.com from now on for all of my car needs. I will be telling everyone I know about your company. The convenience and price, you just can't get ANYWHERE. I will definitely tell them to ask for Jerome to come out for the job.
