Andrew was able to arrive early, and finished the job in 10 mins. He left things in good working order, and the car was left clean after the repair. I highly recommend him.
Horrible service. This mechanic came to replace steering rack on my mini van because the previous one was leaking. Prior to replacement, the van was driving perfectly. After he replaced the part, the mechanic told me the steering was crooked because an alignment was needed. What he did not tell me was that the van was totally not drivable because the "Trac off" light came on with continuous beeping sound as soon as I test drove the van. Then the front wheels and steering wheel started wobbling as if the wheels were about to fall off. I have scheduled alignment for next 2 days but I'm afraid this mechanic may have turned a perfectly driving van to an non-drivable junk. I've been calling and texting him since yesterday with no response. Don't think I will ever use this mechanic again.
