Richard kept me informed before the appt time. He did quick work of the problem and it resolved the issue that my local mechanic and dealer could not resolve but I would have spent ten times the money trying. Great job Richard, thanks for bringing back my Buick to 100%. I am hiring him again to do some recommended work he suggested, some not all. I knew it had to be done :+)
