Excellent experience with Richard. He is professional, courteous and knowlegable beyond belief. Point blank he knows his stuff. I love my Denali and he treated "her" with respect and care. I got my oil changed and he repaired an electrical issue I was previously experiencing. I'm done with dealerships!
Scheduled to have a few items taken care of during this service visit. Richard took the time to advise me some services were unnecessary and recommended that I wait for another. This is the first time a mechanic has ever been this honest with me and recommended to wait for a service. I appreciate the approach and am committed to yourmechanic and their process.
Jerome set the bar high w/his open & honest communications. Even before his onsite visit he reached out and provided me recommendations on the services I requested. I had requested one service that required an alignment lift so he recommended that I wait until the vehicle was in a shop. That honesty goes a long way and proves he had my best interest in mind. When onsite he worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks for the excellent work!
