Quentin called me when he arrived at the inspection site to see if there were any specific areas I needed him to look at. He was able to perform a thorough inspection and guide me with detailed pictures on what he found. Ultimately I chose not to purchase the vehicle he had inspected and was sure glad I used this service before shipping the vehicle across country!
I had a pre-purchase inspection performed and mechanic never reached out to me about the inspection. When I called customer service for details, he refused to answer questions. Customer service said mechanic told me to pay for another inspection if I wanted questions answered.
