Alvin was very professional, he really took the time out to explain everything he was doing with my car so I didn't feel left out. He listened to everything I had to say and the information I had for him. He worked very efficiently and affectivily. He was able to point out the problem pretty much almost right away. My car is now running smoothly and I couldn't be more happier.
My experience was good. Jerome was very honest on what the problem was.
