Richard showed up on time and went right to work. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Would have him come back again and also would recommend him.
Geoff was on time and very professional. He explained the various troubleshooting steps he was taking and displayed and I was thoroughly please with his workmanship.
Jermaine was prompt and effective. He quickly identified my problem and was very knowledgeable in describing the fault as well as how to ensure it does not reappear in the future.
