Richard showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner, showed photos, rechecked and inspected the car and gave a full report and was very professional in very aspect. will definitively service my car with Richard again.

Jermaine was early for our appointment. That alone is got to be worth a 6th star. After a thorough diagnostic test, he determined that there was nothing wrong with the Jeep. He cleared the check engine codes. Quick and easy.
Jermaine is terrific! My experience wasn't great, but Jermaine did everything he could to fix my Jeep. Unfortunately, YourMechanic recommends using aftermarket parts. The defective part resulted in a highway breakdown. However, Jermaine went to bat, got the part from the dealership, installed it, test drove my vehicle to make sure the repair was done correctly and kept my posted every step of the way. Thank you Jermaine.
