This is the third time Mr Johnson has come over to fix my car. He always takes the time to make sure everything is working correctly before completing the work order.
Mr Johnson review the problems I was having with doors of my car and told me the problem was different than what I was told during my initial appointment. I was saved $500.00 and the repair was completed in 20 minutes vice the four hours I was told at first.
This is the first time that I have tried using the "Your Mechanic" and I surprised that he arrived early. Michael was very helpful in finding out the reason my doors were not working. As soon as I receive an estimate on the parts, we will try to schedule the repair of the doors.
I posted this same thing on Yelp, but I mean every word! Excellent service! Very happy with having some much needed brake work done with Your Mechanic and Richard. He updated me on his arrival and made me aware he could come early. I was getting my back brake rotors and pads done, and he informed me that he could get it done 30 minutes earlier than they quoted. He did a great check on the rest of my car and informed me of what I would need next since I have a car with high mileage. With the heat being up to 100 degrees and over today, I felt bad about him being out there and got him a couple bottles of cold water. He didn't complain and he even waited while I took a test drive. Even answered some questions I had about my car without making me feel stupid lol. Best price that I've seen for that kind of work, but the work was probably better than the mechanic that tried to charge me double! Glad to know that you don't have to sacrifice quality for convenience and a better price! Great first experience with Your Mechanic and a big thank you to Richard! I'm recommending him to everyone I know, and I know who to call when I need anything else done!
