Communicates with the customer
This was my first time using YourMechanic. Charles was more than great ! He called when he was on his way and he even arrived early. He was friendly and he knew exactly what he was doing. The service didn't even take as long as I thought. He checked my whole car, told me everything that needed to be done and he did it. I would STRONGLY recommend Charles if you ever decide to use this service.
