Tyrone was prompt, courteous and professional. My 2005 Chrysler 300 would not release from the Park position. Tyrone replaced my Gearshift Interlock System with apparent knowledge and skill. He was informative and very accommodating to all my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I could not be more pleased with the result. I will definitely request Tyrone for my future automotive needs.
