This is my first time using YourMechanic.com, and I must say Mila blew my expectations away. Not only did he show up early, he also fixed the care perfectly and answered the millions of questions I had for him. Before leaving, he insisted that we do a test drive because he wanted to make sure I was safe when I go to use the car with my loved ones. The car came out perfect, no errors nor any complaints! I will definitely be using Mila again when coming to YourMechanic.com. I'm telling all of my friends and family to only deal with you guys!
1st appt changed from Thurs to Sat. Appt time was for the AM and he did not show up til 6PM. Very poor communication from tech. He stated it was a computer generated email for appt time but failed to communicate time to me after several email requests sent. He also did not bring proper equipment for job stating he could not fit in his car. He did not fix problem and charged me $90 for 20 min it took for him to determine he could not remove bolts. Complete waste of my entire day and I will never recommend or use this company ever again.
