On time, and very friendly person. Explained the few minor issues in the car and also suggested simple solutions.
I would give Clarissa 5 stars she was excellent couldn't speak more highly of her would recommend her to anyone

Shawn was early for the appointment which worked out great. He changed the fan belt, shared some advice on another situation and was on his way! Highly recommend him again!
