Clarissa was extremely knowledgeable about the car’s engine, and was able to tell me what needed to be repaired in a way that I easily understood. She seemed to be very honest and trustworthy, and left me with the feeling that there would be no “paraded” charges unlike some car repair places. She was respectful and empathetic to my desire to save money.
Clarissa was extremely thorough in repairing my car. I am very grateful for her dedication in making sure that my car runs well and her attention to detail and insistence that all potential issues concerning the running of my car are resolved. She is always cheerful and seems to enjoy showing my mother and me what maintenance we can perform to keep the car running well.
Clarissa arrived on time, made the repairs quickly, and spent time in explaining to me what things I could do to improve the performance of my car. I have full confidence that Clarissa is fully knowledgeable about my car, and her quality of service has far exceeded my expectations. I fully trust her in making my car safe to drive, and am proud to say that she is my only mechanic.
Clarissa showed up a little before the appointment time, and immediately went to work on my car. I am very grateful for her honest assessment of what needs to be replaced on my car and when it needs to be replaced. I have full confidence in Clarissa’s abilities and knowledge of my car. Clarissa was very dedicated in making sure that my car ran smoothly. She far exceeded my expectations in the amount of time she spent to ensure that my car would be a reliable source of transportation. She remained cheerful even though the weather got cooler and the replacement of the motor mounts became challenging at times. I also appreciated her suggestions of what simple things I could do to my car to maintain it and prevent major repairs. I plan to continue to request Clarissa for future car maintenance, and highly recommend her services for car repairs!!!
