Kevin was on time,explained every step of the process, answered all of my questions politely and fully. He even explained that I did not need all of the repairs I had requested, saving me ALOT of money. I highly recommend Kevin !!!
Joe was fantastic!!! He kept us advised to the status of the appt and even called me when he showed up EARLY!! Who does that? Joe was very personable & professional. He explained the work every step of the way and showed me the old parts and explained not just what happened but how the part failed. I highly reccommend Joe Robinson!!!
Honestly, I'm surprised by how easy this process was and I was very skeptical. I can not say enough about Clarissa. She's my new mechanic. The ease of having a highly trained mechanic come to our home and do repair work is genius. Clarissa was extremely knowledgeable and didn't try foisting unnecessary work on my truck. I really found myself trusting her early on. I will definitely use her going forward.
