Good communication, showed up on time (early, but we weren't going to complain about earlier!!) Did a good job and was very professional about her work.
Kevin showed up on time, as promised. Apparently misinformed about the reason for his being sent out(warranty work) and being alotted a limited time to assess and correct any issues, he seemed to be in a rush but did address my concerns and corrected minor issues. Kevin is knowledgeable and professional, as well as friendly. Gives me a lot more confidence in this service after my initial experience. Thanks!
Started the day with a perfectly running truck that just leaked coolant. Ending it $500 poorer with a vehicle which may or may not leak coolant, but we don't know because after Jordan fouled the timing so the truck won't start, he left. Very displeased.
