He was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and 100% took the time to answer my questions. Was skeptical about using whole online sevice but by the end of the job, I felt reassured and booked him for a repeat job a few days later. Wanted to drive car first to "test things out" from first set or repairs before making any decesion. Obviously both he and the work he did pased the test. Not an eay task in this day and age to find a mechanic you are actually willing to believe the repairs they say are needed actually DO NEED to be done. I am on my 4th Volvo and have delt with enough dishonest dealerships to last me a lifetime and then some! What he may lack in perceived years of being in the biz (5 years verses a 10 plus year mechanic) by no means reflects on his aptitude, ability to get the work done in a timely manner or overall hands on experience with import cars.... he knows his stuff!

Called company twice and emailed because I was booked with him instead of the mechanic who had done previous repairs on my car. Lack of communication between company and him and he was still dispatched for the job in question (NOT HIS FAULT COMPANY SCREWED UP ON BOOKING). I explained what happened to him when he called me and apologized for the fact that nobody contacted him (or me for that matter) and asked if he could help me and have someone call me ASAP. He said he would. Nobody called me back (AGAIN, NOT HIS FAULT). HOWEVER, WITH THAT BEING SAID he released the job as being completed and my credit card was charged $301! Having worked with Brandon previously ( the mechanic I wanted to use again) I know how the payment works... the mechanic goes over with you what was done to the car and tells you right then and there that they are going to submit the job for payment. They then do so right in front of you from their phone. You get an email receipt almost immediately. I had asked the company to call/email me ASAP to reschedule with Brandon and needless to say, wasn't even at the repair location at the slated time slot due to contacting the company! I never met Donato in person, he never saw my car let alone fixed anything.... yet he submitted the job as done. My great experience with Brandon has now been tainted by the fluke mistake of being set up for repairs with what I deem as "questionable" mechanic. As far as how well his work is or performance level goes... I will never know but his actions speak for themself. Huge disappointment!!!
