John is honest.
Very good. So far, I am very satisfied. I like the way John actually showed me the old/burnt spark plugs, instead of creating a huge confusing report on paper only, and provoking me to take his word for it. So far, I am very satisfied. As of now, I would recommend John and YourMechanic to other people.
