Travis and I had a test drive, and he had a lot of experiences. He tested different steering methods and finally diagnosed the issue. Travis is passionate about his job, and he is patient and kind to customer. I would recommend Travis to others.
The service is great however felt slightly shady because The guy that I talked to did not have any "your mechanic" logo on him. It would have felt more secure and professional if there was a uniform of some sort.
