Started work without needing to even come see me. Completed work pretty quickly. Efficient.
Jonathan offered to come a day prior to our scheduled appointment, which I am grateful for (I want my vehicle fixed sooner rather than later). I took him up on his offer and though he was tracking to be earlier than expected he texted me while on his way, to ensure the earlier time worked for me. He was thorough in his evaluation of my vehicle and finally came to a conclusion which two mechanics prior to him (who looked at my vehicle for the same problem) did not produce. We'll see if he's right after he completes his repair but I think he hit it right on the nose.
