To start Emanuel was on time, courteous and efficient in his work. Having done my research and knowing my vehicle I had an understanding of my issue but always seek out professional advice. He went with me for a drive to feel out the car and gave me the straight truth about my transmission issue. He was knowledgeable and his honesty was refreshing.
