Cameron was great. He listened to the problem, had great communication and told me what he was doing, did a check on items and told me about what else should be done and sent me a quote on them. When the alternator given to him was wrong, he went to the store and picked up the right one. He was delayed in finding the right alternator to fit my car and even called to explain why he was taking a little longer to get the right part. You can't get better than that! Every customer must be delighted with Cameron!!
First time in my life that I had to request to speak to with management. Customer service and management were very friendly. My only issues were with the mechanic. Mutiple times he told me he was on his way just to get a call an hour or so later saying he needed to reschedule. Offered multiple time to allow someone else to complete the job but he was adamant he could do it very quickly. It took over 24 hours to have a battery replaced. Mechanic blamed me for not telling him I wanted it relaced thought I just wanted to pay $70 for a jump start? When he called to confirm the appointment I told him I needed the battery replaced. After every time I spoke with him I left the conversation more confused. He asks a question and interupts you while are answering to ask another question and then will ask you the original question again. He seems like a very nice guy but is very scattered and all over the place.
