Very positive. Michael was professional, knowledgeable. Got the job done very quickly and efficiently. Knew exactly what he was doing. Appointment was at 11am he was at the truck to be fixed at 10:55am. A mechanic is an important part of life. I was with my last mechanic for 27 years until we moved out of state. Michael is my new lifetime mechanic.
