Cesar was on-time, identified the problem quickly and after identifying that the job was less involved than we originally thought adjusted the price from the 2-hour quote to a 1-hour quote. His honesty and professional demeanor makes me know that if I ever have car trouble in the future Cesar would be my first choice.
