This is the first time that I uses YourMechanic and I am very happy with my experience. Ian was actually earlier than our appointed time because of he has finished previous work before schedule. He sent a text to me before he came and I was happy to get it done earlier. Ian is very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I am very happy with the service he provided and will definite use them again!
Cesar was right on time and called upon arrival. Jump started car due to apparent dead battery. Engine ran very poorly. Gave verbal report to owner that estimated repairs to fix would be about $1500. The online report showed the car, engine, tires, and BATTERY all to be in EXCELLENT condition. Quite a disparity in verbal report vs online report. The car is old and was expected to have problems, so why didn't the online report reflect that also. There was no online recommendations for further work, only the verbal comments given to the owner.
