Sonal was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each of the 50 point checklist thoroughly. Sonal definitely has an abundance of Mercwdes Benz experience regarding mechanical problems.
Before Ralph's visit, I was very disappointed with the last mechanic and had considered no longer using the service. Ralph not only did a great job with my breaks, but he also uncovered some previous mistakes by the last mechanic. I have four luxury cars and would highly recommend using Ralph if you want a top-quality mechanic, who takes pride in his work and does a great job.
Unfortunately, I'm a lobbyist, and I travel. So after booking this guy, I realized he was the "flake" who had no-showed for an earlier appointment in July of 2018. He did a simple Oil Change on my Mercedes E350 and rotated the tires. My tires were under-inflated causing my car to drift on I-5 North. Let me be clear; I could have been killed. I ended up pulling to a Costco right off of the road, and the service manager corrected the problem and then placed my car on the computer to make sure everything else was fine. I don't even SHOP at Costco. He warned that having the rear tires at 38, when the sensors call for 42 is EXTREMELY dangerous. I called both NOE and your mechanic to report the problem, I have not heard anything back. I was scheduled to have this guy work on my breaks, I'm CANCELLING that appointment. We used to use a mechanic named Theodore (wonderful), but unfortunately, he has left the company. I would not recommend using these people.
