Andrew was awesome. Within a half hour he had the car not only diagnosed, but repaired. Fast, friendly, professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Andrew!
Chris is friendly and personable. Unfortunately, the time spent with our vehicle yielded additional issues. It turns out that the part that he installed did not take care of the issue. We take responsibility for the issue with misdiagnosis. However, Chris left us with a seized up window that was stuck hallway up and a switchboard hanging from the door. Apparently, the fasteners were broken during the disassembly process as he attempted to access the area needing to be fixed. He offerred an additional follow-up appointment for a week later which would require leaving the vehicle vulnerable to weather and possible theft. No mention of the condition of the unattached switchboard.
