Richard was on time and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and completed the work efficiently. He provided me a fair quote for other recommended services and took the time to show me the actual parts of the car and explain why and how the service should be done, and in what timeframes. I highly recommend Richard for anyone who needs a reliable mechanic!
