A shop would have been better in the long run as AC leaked again and further trials over time would have been necessary to determine this.
David is a very skilled mechanic. He arrived a few minutes early, finished the repair with a few minutes to spare and picked up the broken parts and packing. In addition, he cleaned the grease marks that always happen during repairs. He also showed me a trick or two!

Definitely knows what he's doing, but takes his sweet time and was a little condescending. Not the best experience ever, but no complaints with the work product. If he had arrived on time, he would've gotten four stars.
