I wanted to allow a”little” time, post - service road test of my vehicle to write this review... first I’ll say that it was a pleasure to have Alfonso as the technician to service my vehicle... and so these are the characteristics of his work ethic that l observed...he was punctual- “IS” honest- knowledgeable- conscientious- thrifty- and an advocate for his customers when dealing with the office and parts vendors on his customer’s behalf... l sincerely anticipate taking the opportunity to utilize the high quality of Alfonso’s work ethic in the future... Thank you for sending him out!
Not much effort in trying to diagnose problem . Said he couldn't tell anything cause battery was dead. If you come out for a no start problem, why wouldn't you be prepared to jump it. , I expressed concerns with charging system. He said start with battery then make another appointment. Also wrote in report he did 50 point inspection on car which he did not. All he did was look at color of motor oil, check for codes, and say he don't know. 85.00 for absolutely nothing
