Very professional and friendly. Was fast and efficient with the car battery replacement.
He was friendly, efficient and gave me good advice.
Trung came out to replace brake pads and rotors and when I drove the car after he was done, it was unsafe to drive because the brake pedal would sink all the way to the floor before I got any stopping power. Turns out I had air in one of the calipers that Trung worked on. I contacted Trung and he agreed to come out a few days later but never showed up and no phone call. When I contacted YourMechanic, they said they had no record of a return appointment and could not get hold of Trung. They sent Dave out who was awesome and fixed the problem.
