Right on time, quick diagnosis, good at explaining, ran out to get another battery when the first didn't fit. Honestly, one of the top mechanic experiences I have ever had ... will def use this service again!
Tien was great. He listened to what I had to say as far as the symptoms the car was having, rather than shut me out like other mechanics will do. He was very knowledgable and explained very well his diagnostic and most importantly he was able to figure out the issue when other mechanics could not figure it out. I would definitely recommend him!
Not a fan of writing reviews for every single good or above good experience that I have, but Joshua DESERVES not only a great review but my most sincere appreciation for what he does with pride and joy. Excellent communication, great attitude and more than a professional at work. Like a few people have said before, he truly is one to keep as a mechanic. Will definitely book him again for future car repairs.
