I was recommended to try YourMechanic.com by friend. On a whim, I decided to try it out, worse case is that my problem would not get fixed and I would be back at square one... NOT THE CASE! From the moment I signed up, scheduled my appointment, and confirmed with Josh(from yourmechanic.com) everything was smooth sailing. Such a pleasant, no-hassle experience. It was so speedy and easy. My Jeep Cherokee has been in and out of the shop for the last 3 months. Having to towed to the shops, was just so time consuming and irritating. My alternator is finally replaced, and now I know which service I'll be using in the future.
