Services by Raul Huerta

You could look at him and know that he was hard working and knowledgeable. I trusted him right away. He explained everything to me, and answered my questions immediately. I look forward to Raul working on any car that I may purchase in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends, and neighbors. His time and labor is worth more than I could pay.

Services by Tien Phan

Post wheel hub replacement, ABS light came on and Service Stabile Trak light came on. Per Tien (my mechanic) "I don't know why the lights came on it might be the wrong hub (which is not the case), your sensor could be bad, if its just the sensor and it was damaged when I put the hub in there will be no charge to replace it but I won't know until I take it back off but you have to schedule another appointment for this". Upon calling customer service, "since you provided your own part, you are not covered under warranty, you will have to pay for another appointment to come out and run diagnostic"...... I am sorry your mechanic shouldn't have left without fixing the problem he created while working on my car. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. I provided my own part because "your mechanic" charged $279.99 with one year warranty for the same name brand wheel hub that I bought for $179.00 with a 3 year warranty. They use "precision" name brand that you can buy at O'rielly auto parts I suggest you call O'rielly's and get a quote on your parts to see how much "your mechanic" upcharges. Save your self the aggravation and take it to a real mechanic shop, sure you might pay more but the hassle is just not worth it.
