Amor is simply excellent. He explained everything and answered my thousand and one questions I had. I was so excited that I stayed with him throughout the job he did and was impressed with this knowledge and thoroughness of the job he was performing. He double checked everything and made sure that I was satisfied that it is all working. Thank you Amor!
Joshua increased the quote without my authorization or even discussing it with me. He also performed additional work without notifying me about it. Joshua mentioned that he needs to send for different part 'kits' for the job, which might be more or less in parts than was quoted. He will determine when he gets the kits. I've explicitly asked to discuss before proceeding once the kits are there and cost is clear. Joshua proceeded to first do the work without discussing it with me and than, once complete increase the parts and labor quote. He has also, on his own initiative, chose to performed completely unrelated work on brake lights, which was not in the quote and was not authorized at all. After he notified me of work being done I saw the increased quote. I've explicitly indicated that I will not pay for the increase since this was not authorized by me. He told me that he has reduced the labor charge to the original amount and the only difference was parts cost, which I should take up with customer service. Upon further review I saw that in fact both labor and parts were increased from original amount without my authorization.
