Faraz was friendly, has great listening skills and displayed a high level of expertise. I was very pleased with the service he provided and I appreciated the time he took in explaining his evaluation of my car's problem.
Leo was very professional! He arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment to work on my vehicle. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and kept me up to date on his progress as he worked. I would highly recommend him for service.
Steve and I met initially for the diagnostic on my vehicle. After assessing the problem, I felt comfortable enough to proceed with the repairs. The following day Steve was back at my home repairing the vehicle. I was able to observe everything in action which was a great learning experience. My car is back in order and I couldn't be more pleased especially after a failed attempt at the dealership. I would definitely recommend services from Your Mechanic and Steve as your repair person.
Steve was quickly able to assess the problem with my car. He's very experienced and trustworthy. He arrived on time and assured me that he would do his best to help resolve the problem which he did. Although I was very hesitant with using your mechanic's services, I took a chance and I am glad I did. I was able to observe Steve as he worked and learn more about the problem at hand. My trust level with dealerships has been non-existent and I will be definitely using your mechanic in the future.
