Tien showed up on time. He did his work and was courteous and professional. He recommended what needs to get done without haggling.
It was a very goog experience, he was very knowledgable. He was an hour early which I very much appreciated.
Although the problem is not yet resolved, Tien found the issue and was very thorough. I will book again!
