The whole process was awesome. I was extremly pleased with the service and the resluts. Stafan answered all my questions and made some very important sugestions for me to consider asking of my dealer. This was a pre purchase inspection and the communication from Stephan was right on. The report that was forwarded to me was extreamly detailed and I loved the full evalutation of the inspection. I would most assuradly recommend Stefan and Your Mechcanic to all my friends and family.
I am very pleased with the ease of making appointments and having the work done at home. I felt very frustrated with the challenge of reaching someone and the time involved and wasted to get the job completed because of needing additional parts which were available blocks away at one of your contracted parts stores. Both Hansel and I waited for an additional 45- to an hour to get the purchase order sent and received so he could have the parts needed to complete the job- seems you are short on people to handle answering calls and returning calls. Once that is corrected I think you will have a great thing worthy of being a very profitable business. Sincerely Linda Clark
Great guy, disappointed he couldn't do the job. He could only replace the front upstream O2 sensor. The other 2 he was not sure he could do it without breaking something. Suggested I take it to a muffler shop. Honest guy just wish he could have done it.
