Jose got to my house before me so he was very prompt (my apologies for being late). Chatted a little to let him know what happened to my car and then he started the repair. I have a 1985 Celica Supra and it needed an alternator replacement. It was straightforward. I went to go walk my dog and clean the house while he was fixing it. After he was done, I had a few questions and he answered them all. He did a rundown of the status of my car and any recommendations for other things to maintain/fix. He was very honest and wasn't trying to swindle more money out of me/push me to do unnecessary repairs. We had a little small talk after about the car and its history. Jose was great and has been fixing cars since 1969, so experienced. Beforehand, I have read his other not so favorable reviews and reached out to customer service to ask what was the action taken to satisfy those customers. I was assured upper management took care of it. I had a positive experience myself and am grateful this company makes house-calls because if it didn't, my battery would've drained again and it would cost me a tow to a regular auto-shop.
