Patient, professional, helpful, figured out very detailed issues.
Very good and knowledgeable mechanic. Two call backs due to Your Mechanic mix-up not Pardeep's fault (wrong rotors due to 2wd vs awd and wrong pads). Pardeep came back and corrected the issues.
